Barnsley and District u3a holds a General Monthly meeting on the first Monday of each month, currently being held at Priory Campus, Lundwood, Pontefract Rd, Barnsley S71 5PN

This is open to all members This is the opportunity to meet some of the group leaders, and keep up-to date with current u3a news.

You can also join or renew your membership. After any announcements a guest speaker will give a talk. The speaker is different each month and give a presentation on a variety of subjects. Afterwards the Chair will inform members of any further matters arising of interest.

Members attending the talks are encouraged to give feedback to any member of the Executive Committee or email our Chair, Derek Bacon. Suggestions for future speakers, including Barnsley and District u3a members who would be interested in giving a talk on their specialist subject are also welcome.
